When this booking form or a booking sheet has been completed and submitted or returned to Stradbroke Museum (fax or post), a confirmation letter will be sent to the school. This confirmation will detail the booking as per the details provided.  A follow-up contact name and number will be provided for the organiser to ensure that clear communication is maintained up to and during the excursion.
