The North Stradbroke Island Historical Museum is found at 15-17 Welsby Street, in Dunwich, on North Stradbroke Island. All transport to the Island leaves from Cleveland's Toondah Harbour, and there are several options available.

By foot: Take the Stradbroke Island Ferries Water Taxi or Gold Cats Flyer and walk up to the Museum, it is only about 600m from either ferry.

By car: Bring you car over on the Stradbroke Island Vehicular Barge or
Sea Stradbroke Vehicular Barge for a full day or longer to see more of beautiful North Stradbroke Island.
